All of those struggles I just talked about? I’ve lived every single one. I built an incredible studio culture that embodied our mission with a studio member retention 60% above industry standard, but I worked myself into the ground to do it. I was constantly throwing together last-minute member events, waiting for the store by my studio to open to pick up supplies, or posting week-before marketing and crossing my fingers that my clients were free.
